Where do we ship?

We ship all prodcuts to the UK free of charge. Worldwide customers benefit from our very low prices due to the amount of parcels sent on a daily basis.

How do we ship?

Shipping is facilitated by DHL Express for both the UK and worldwide. Next day available business day (UK only). Most of Europe next available business day and the rest of the world only a few days!

All items go through our quality control procedure before being packed for delivery. Items are then packed using bubble wrap (amongst other packing material) and cardboard boxes, securely taped using high grade packing tape.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to any UK destination including Northern Ireland is FREE. Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world is calculated by weight. Please add items to your shopping basket and you will be able to see exactly how much shipping will cost for the order.

Returns

If any item is found to be defective within the guarantee period please get in touch with us via phone +44 (0) 1942 769629 or you can send an E-mail to the following address returns@heatingcontrolsstore.co.uk. We will replace any item within 7-14 days after it has been found to be defective.

Returning an Item

Original packaging and contents, and receipt must accompany all returns.

Please do not send items without first speaking to our returns department, you can either call us on +44 (0) 1942 769629 or email us at returns@heatingcontrolsstore.co.uk so we can issue you with an RMA number, as we will not accept returns without this number.

Pack your item securely making sure you include your Order ID number (if known) (you can request your Order ID Number by emailing our returns team at returns@heatingcontrolsstore.co.uk Be sure to include your name and address and original receipt.

Using the Post Office

We advise that you use the “Compensation Fee Parcels” service for parcels valued over £20.00, or obtain a “Proof of Postings Certificate” for parcels under £20.00. Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

Heating Controls Store will not be held liable for ANY items returned by a customer. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. For any replacement, we will process your request within 24 hours, however please allow 14 days turnaround from the time you send your item back to us to redelivery. Please note that any warranty offered does not cover any carriage charges incurred…

Return of Unwanted Goods

You must notify Heating Controls Store before returning any item and obtain a RMA number, without this number heatingcontrolsstore.co.uk will not accept your goods, unwanted goods will incur a handling charge of 25%. All unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days.

Faulty Items

All items returned as faulty will be tested by our engineers. If the item is found not to be faulty a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Your statutory rights are not affected

If we believe your problem would be better dealt with by the manufacturers we will advise you accordingly, the main reason we do this is to ensure that you receive the best possible support on their products.

Replacing a Product

We will replace your item with the same product or to the same value as the one you have returned at the time of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds on products over 14 days from date of purchase.

Refunds are offered in the way of a CREDIT NOTE, this does not affect your statutory rights

If the item(s) are tested faulty they will be either replaced by heatingcontrolsstore.co.uk or returned to manufacturer for repair/replacement. .

Distance selling regulations and your right to cancel

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 working days from the date you contact us or after 7 working days of receipt of the delivery. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent using one of the methods listed on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we shall refund you in full as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than 30 days from receipt of your cancellation request.

When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable.
